Servicing transfer notifications

A written notice telling a borrower that their mortgage loan servicing is moving from one company to another, and where to send payments.

What it usually contains

  • Names and contact details of the old and new servicer
  • Effective date of the transfer and the date the new servicer starts accepting payments
  • New payment mailing address and payment methods
  • Statement that loan terms do not change and the 60-day late-fee grace period
  • Information about escrow accounts and optional insurance policies

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about who to pay after a loan transfers, when the change takes effect, what happens to escrow and automatic payments, and what protections borrowers have if a payment goes to the wrong servicer during the transition.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
