Disclosure delivery timelines
A schedule showing when each required mortgage disclosure must be sent to the borrower and how delivery is proven.
What it usually contains
- Deadlines counted in business days from application or closing
- List of disclosures such as loan estimate, closing disclosure, and servicing notices
- Delivery methods and receipt-timing assumptions for mail and electronic consent
- Redisclosure triggers when loan terms or rates change
- Record-keeping and proof-of-delivery requirements
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how many days a processor has to issue a particular disclosure, what event starts the clock, and when a changed loan term requires resending. Also used to check whether a file's delivery evidence meets timing rules.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
