Mortgage Lending · Loan Origination & Processing
Application intake checklists
A list of the forms, disclosures, and borrower documents a loan officer or processor must collect to open a complete mortgage file.
What it usually contains
- Completed loan application and signed authorizations
- Income and employment items such as pay stubs, W-2s, and tax returns
- Asset statements, gift letters, and down payment sourcing
- Identification, credit, and property documents like purchase contract and appraisal order
- Sign-off spaces for who collected each item and the date received
What the assistant uses it for
Answer what paperwork a borrower must provide before a loan can move to underwriting, and which items differ by loan type such as conventional, FHA, VA, or self-employed borrowers.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
