OEM Co-op Guidelines

A manufacturer's rulebook telling dealers which advertising costs qualify for co-op reimbursement and how to claim the money.

What it usually contains

  • Eligible and excluded media types and expense categories
  • Reimbursement percentages, per-vehicle allowances, and quarterly funding caps
  • Logo, tagline, and disclaimer requirements for approved ads
  • Claim submission deadlines and required proof of performance (invoices, tear sheets, scripts)
  • Pre-approval steps and audit or chargeback rules

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer whether a planned ad, event, or digital campaign qualifies for factory co-op dollars, how much will be reimbursed, and what paperwork and branding standards a claim must meet.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
