Brand Guidelines
A rulebook that sets how a vehicle brand and its dealers present the logo, colors, type, imagery and voice across all advertising.
What it usually contains
- Logo versions, clear space and minimum size rules
- Approved color palette with print, screen and paint-match values
- Typefaces and headline hierarchy for ads and signage
- Photography and video standards for vehicle shots
- Tone of voice, tagline use and legal disclaimer placement
- Dealer co-op and showroom signage application examples
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer questions about correct logo, color and font usage, whether a proposed ad or dealer material follows brand rules, and how required disclaimers and vehicle imagery must appear.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
