Mortgage Lending · Vendor & Partner Information
Verification service provider contacts
A contact list for the outside firms a lender uses to verify borrower employment, income, assets, identity, and tax transcripts.
What it usually contains
- Vendor names with account or client numbers
- Phone, email, and secure portal contact points for ordering and rush requests
- Assigned account representative and escalation contacts
- Services covered by each vendor and typical turnaround times
- Fee schedules and billing or invoicing contacts
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to find who to call to order or chase a verification of employment, income, assets, or tax transcript, and who to escalate to when results are late or disputed. It also answers which vendor handles which verification type and what it costs.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
