Settlement agent approved lists

A lender's roster of title companies, escrow firms, and closing attorneys cleared to handle its loan closings.

What it usually contains

  • Approved settlement agent names, locations, and states covered
  • License, bonding, and errors-and-omissions insurance details
  • Approval dates, review status, and expiration or recertification deadlines
  • Watch list, suspended, and removed agents with reasons
  • Wire instruction verification and contact procedures

What the assistant uses it for

Answer whether a particular closing agent is cleared to handle a loan in a given state, and when their approval or insurance expires. Also used to check why an agent was suspended and what steps restore approval.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
