Product eligibility matrices

A grid showing which borrowers and properties qualify for each loan program, with the limits for credit score, down payment, and loan size.

What it usually contains

  • Minimum credit scores paired with maximum loan-to-value ratios
  • Maximum debt-to-income ratios and loan amount caps
  • Eligible property and occupancy types (primary, second home, investment)
  • Reserve requirements and allowed income or documentation types
  • Program overlays, exceptions, and ineligible transaction types

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to check whether a borrower's credit score, down payment, income, and property type fit a given loan program before submitting or approving a file. It also answers which restrictions or extra requirements apply at higher loan-to-value or lower credit tiers.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
