Condition sheet templates
A standard form underwriters use to list the items a borrower must supply or resolve before a loan can close.
What it usually contains
- Prior-to-approval, prior-to-doc, and prior-to-funding condition categories
- Standard wording for common conditions such as pay stubs, bank statements, letters of explanation, appraisal repairs, and title items
- Loan and borrower identifying fields, loan program, and underwriter name and date
- Space to mark each condition cleared, waived, or still outstanding, with reviewer initials
- Notes on acceptable documentation and expiration or age requirements
What the assistant uses it for
Use to answer what conditions an underwriter typically places on a loan, how they are worded and grouped by closing stage, and what documentation clears each one.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
