Capability statements

A one or two page summary of what the company does, who it has done it for, and the codes a government buyer needs to find and buy from it.

What it usually contains

  • Core competencies and product lines offered
  • Differentiators that separate the company from competitors
  • Past performance highlights with agency names
  • NAICS codes, SINs, CAGE code, UEI, and contract numbers
  • Socioeconomic status and point of contact details

What the assistant uses it for

Answer what the company should send a buyer who asks for a capability statement, which codes and certifications belong on it, and how the company describes itself to a new agency.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
