Everyone can read. Filing is limited.

Anyone on your team can ask about any document. Only some people can replace a given document.

Everyone can look up the safety policy. Only the people who look after safety can change it. That keeps the answers consistent without hiding anything.

Two different limits

It is not part of your plan.

[Department] is not part of your plan, so documents cannot be filed there yet.

This is about your subscription, not about you. Nobody at your company can file there yet. Contact support to add it.

Another team looks after it.

[Department] is looked after by another team, so you cannot file into it.

If nothing has been set

If no limits have been set, everyone can file into every department in your plan.
