Skills matrix
A grid showing which staff have which job skills and at what level, used to spot gaps and plan training.
What it usually contains
- Employee names or roles listed down one side
- Required skills and tasks across the top, such as loan origination systems, underwriting guidelines, disclosure timing, and compliance rules
- Proficiency ratings, often from no experience to able to train others
- Licensing and continuing education status for loan officers
- Notes on training needed, target dates, and backup coverage for each task
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer who on the team can handle a given loan task, where coverage is thin, and who needs training or license renewal next.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.
On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
