Employee handbook
A written guide given to mortgage lending staff explaining company policies, workplace rules, pay practices, benefits, and conduct expectations.
What it usually contains
- Work hours, attendance, and remote work rules
- Paid time off, holidays, and leave policies
- Pay periods, overtime, and commission or bonus practices
- Code of conduct, licensing, and compliance expectations for loan staff
- Complaint, discipline, and termination procedures with a signed acknowledgment page
What the assistant uses it for
Answering staff questions about time off, pay dates, dress code, discipline steps, or what conduct is prohibited. Also useful for confirming licensing, confidentiality, and borrower-information rules that apply to lending employees.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
