Bonds (surety, fidelity) documentation
Paperwork covering surety bonds and fidelity bonds a commercial client obtains, showing who is bonded, for how much, and under what conditions.
What it usually contains
- Bond forms and executed bond originals with penal sum and obligee named
- Applications, indemnity agreements, and personal guarantees from principals
- Underwriting support such as financial statements, work-in-progress schedules, and credit reports
- Bid, performance, and payment bond documents for construction jobs
- Employee dishonesty and crime coverage schedules, riders, and continuation certificates
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about what bond amounts and types a client has in place, who signed as indemnitor, and what documents are needed to issue or renew a bond. Also useful for checking bond expiration, obligee requirements, and claim or default history.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
