Food rotation labels and guides
A reference for labeling and dating prepared food so kitchen staff use items in the right order before they expire.
What it usually contains
- Day-of-the-week and use-by date label formats
- Rules for prep date, open date, and discard date entries
- Shelf-life charts for common prepped, thawed, and opened items
- FIFO storage and stacking order instructions
- Staff responsibilities and check schedules for labeling
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how long a prepped item may be held, what information must appear on a food label, and how to rotate stock so older product is used first.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
