Equipment manuals

Manufacturer guides for kitchen and service equipment, covering setup, safe operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

What it usually contains

  • model and specification details, including power, gas, and water requirements
  • step-by-step operating and control-setting instructions
  • daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning procedures
  • troubleshooting charts with error codes and likely causes
  • parts diagrams, service contacts, and warranty terms

What the assistant uses it for

Use to answer how a specific piece of equipment should be started, calibrated, cleaned, or reset, and what an error code or unusual noise means. Also useful for confirming utility hookups, clearance requirements, replacement parts, and whether a repair is covered under warranty.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
