FOH checklists
A set of task lists front-of-house staff work through at opening, during shift changes, and at close.
What it usually contains
- Opening tasks like setting tables, stocking condiments, and checking reservations
- Side-work duties assigned by station or section
- Cleanliness and sanitation checks for dining room, bar, and restrooms
- Closing tasks such as cashing out, resetting the floor, and locking up
- Sign-off lines for staff initials and manager verification
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about what servers, hosts, and bartenders must complete before, during, and after service, and how those tasks are assigned and verified.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
