Standard portion size charts
A chart listing the exact serving amount for each menu item and ingredient, so every plate goes out the same.
What it usually contains
- Portion weights or volumes per menu item (ounces, grams, cups)
- Correct serving utensil or scoop size for each item
- Protein, side, sauce, and garnish quantities by plate
- Portion counts per batch or yield per case
- Plate-up photos or diagrams showing target presentation
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how much of an item to serve, which scoop or ladle to use, how many portions a recipe or case yields, and how to keep plating consistent across shifts and locations.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
