Plating diagrams
A visual guide showing how each finished dish should be arranged on the plate before it leaves the kitchen.
What it usually contains
- Labeled sketches or photos of the finished dish
- Placement and direction of each component on the plate
- Specified plate or bowl type and size
- Portion sizes, sauce amounts, and garnish position
- Notes on stacking height, wipe marks, and common mistakes
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how a dish should look when served, which plate to use, and where each component and garnish goes. Useful for training new cooks and keeping presentation consistent across shifts and locations.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
