Sales reconciliation sheets

A daily record that matches recorded sales from the register against cash, card, and other payments actually collected.

What it usually contains

  • Register or POS sales totals by category and payment type
  • Cash counted in drawers and safe drops
  • Credit card batch and delivery app settlement totals
  • Over/short amounts with explanations
  • Voids, comps, discounts, and refunds
  • Manager and bookkeeper sign-offs

What the assistant uses it for

Answering questions about whether a shift or day balanced, how much cash was short or over, and how much is expected from card and third-party payouts. Also used to trace missing deposits, unusual discounts, or gaps between reported sales and bank activity.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
