Event staffing templates
A reusable plan showing how many staff of each role are needed to run an event, and when they work.
What it usually contains
- Role-by-role headcount based on guest count
- Shift start and end times, including setup and breakdown
- Server-to-guest and bartender-to-guest ratios
- Station or section assignments and reporting lines
- Estimated labor hours and cost per event
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to work out how many servers, bartenders, chefs, and captains an event of a given size and style needs, and what shifts to schedule. It also helps estimate labor cost when quoting a function.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.
On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
