Banquet event order (BEO) templates

A standard form used to spell out every detail of a booked event so the kitchen, service, and setup teams all work from the same plan.

What it usually contains

  • Event date, times, room assignment and guest count
  • Menu courses, beverage packages and dietary or allergy notes
  • Room layout, table settings, linens and audiovisual needs
  • Timeline of service from setup through teardown
  • Pricing per person, service charges, deposits and billing terms
  • Client contact, signature line and change deadlines

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer what information an event order must capture, how banquet details get communicated to kitchen and service staff, and what terms clients sign off on before an event.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
