Inspection reports (past and recent)

A file of past and current health, fire, and safety inspection reports for a food or lodging operation, showing what inspectors found on each visit.

What it usually contains

  • Inspection date, inspector name, and type of visit (routine, follow-up, complaint)
  • Violations cited, with code references and critical vs. non-critical classification
  • Temperature logs, sanitizer readings, and other measurements taken on site
  • Numerical score or pass/fail grade and any placard issued
  • Corrective actions required, deadlines, and re-inspection results

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about which violations were cited and whether they were corrected, how scores have trended across visits, and what repeat problems inspectors keep flagging. Also used to prepare for an upcoming inspection or respond to a regulator's request for history.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
