Food safety SOPs
Written step-by-step procedures telling kitchen staff how to handle, cook, cool, and store food safely.
What it usually contains
- Safe cooking, holding, cooling and reheating temperatures with time limits
- Handwashing, glove use and personal hygiene rules
- Cleaning and sanitizing steps for surfaces, equipment and utensils
- Receiving, labeling, dating and storage practices to prevent cross-contamination
- Monitoring logs, corrective actions and staff training sign-offs
What the assistant uses it for
Answering how long food may stay in the danger zone, what temperature a dish must reach, or who must be told when something goes wrong. Also used to prepare for health inspections and to train new kitchen hires.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
