Employee handbook

A written guide given to staff that sets out company policies, workplace rules, and employment conditions at a financial firm.

What it usually contains

  • Code of conduct and ethics rules, including confidentiality and insider trading restrictions
  • Working hours, remote work, dress code and attendance policies
  • Paid time off, sick leave, holidays and benefits summaries
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Compliance, data protection and anti-harassment policies

What the assistant uses it for

Answering questions about what employees are permitted or required to do, how much leave they get, and how issues like misconduct or complaints are handled. Also useful for confirming which policies apply to new hires and how conduct rules tie to industry regulations.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
