Payout tracking sheets
A running record of payments owed and paid out to recipients such as partners, agents, investors, or vendors, with amounts, dates, and status.
What it usually contains
- Recipient names and payment details
- Amount owed, amount paid, and balance remaining
- Payment dates, method, and reference numbers
- Status flags such as pending, approved, paid, or held
- Period totals and reconciliation against bank or ledger entries
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer who has been paid, how much, and when, and what payouts are still outstanding for a given period. It also supports reconciling payout totals to the general ledger and bank statements.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
