RFI templates & standard questions
Pre-written Requests for Information covering the questions a contractor asks on almost every project, kept blank and reused so the same issue is raised the same way each time.
What it usually contains
- A house number and subject line held stable across projects
- The standard wording of the question and the reasoning behind it
- Code sections, standards, or regulations the question cites
- Supporting attachments such as example details or correction notices
- Blank fields for project name, date, drawing sheet, and response
- Notes on when the template applies and when it does not
What the assistant uses it for
Issuing a recurring question on a new project without rewriting it, and keeping the wording and reasoning consistent between jobs and between staff. Also used to check whether a standard question already exists before drafting a new one.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
