Project timelines & schedules

A dated plan showing the order and duration of construction tasks from mobilization through closeout, and who is responsible for each.

What it usually contains

  • task list with start and finish dates and durations
  • milestones such as foundation, dry-in, and substantial completion
  • links showing which tasks must finish before others begin
  • crew, subcontractor, and equipment assignments per activity
  • critical path, float, and updated progress versus the baseline

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about when a phase or trade is scheduled, how long work should take, and which activities drive the completion date. Use it to spot delays, sequencing conflicts, and the effect of a change on downstream work.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
