Daily Sales Logs
A day-by-day record of vehicles sold and other sales activity at a dealership, used to track results against targets.
What it usually contains
- Date, stock number, and vehicle description for each unit sold
- Salesperson name and new versus used designation
- Selling price, trade allowance, and front and back gross profit
- Deal status such as pending, delivered, or financed
- Daily and month-to-date unit and gross totals against forecast
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how many vehicles sold on a given day, which salespeople closed deals, and what gross profit each unit produced. Also useful for comparing daily pace to monthly sales goals.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
