Mortgage Lending · Closing & Post-Closing
Final document delivery checklists
A checklist tracking the recorded and original documents a lender must collect and ship after a loan closes.
What it usually contains
- List of required final documents: recorded mortgage or deed of trust, title policy, assignments, modifications
- Due dates and aging tolerances for each item after closing
- Responsible party or vendor for obtaining each document
- Delivery destination — investor, custodian, or servicer — and shipping method
- Sign-off, exception notes, and follow-up dates for outstanding items
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about which final documents are still missing on a closed loan, who is responsible for chasing them, and how long they may be outstanding before delivery to the investor or custodian.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
