Value proposition one-pagers
A single-page sales sheet that spells out why a prospect should buy a particular insurance product or work with a particular agency.
What it usually contains
- The core promise stated in one or two lines
- Key coverage features and what each one protects against
- Comparison points against typical alternatives or doing nothing
- Proof points such as claims turnaround, carrier ratings, or client counts
- Target customer description and next-step contact details
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer what benefits and differentiators a producer should lead with for a given product or buyer segment, and how the offering is positioned against competing coverage.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
