Prospecting lists

A compiled roster of potential insurance customers with contact details and basic qualifying facts, used by agents to plan outreach.

What it usually contains

  • Names, phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses
  • Business or household details such as industry, size, age, or income range
  • Current carrier, policy type, and renewal or expiration dates where known
  • Lead source and territory or producer assignment
  • Contact status notes: attempted, quoted, sold, do-not-call

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer who an agent should call next, which prospects fall in a given territory or renewal window, and where leads came from. It also helps gauge list quality, coverage gaps, and how prospects are divided among producers.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
