Compliance training materials

Training content used to teach insurance staff the rules they must follow, such as licensing, privacy, anti-fraud, and sales conduct requirements.

What it usually contains

  • Slide decks and instructor notes by topic (anti-money laundering, privacy, unfair claims practices, anti-fraud)
  • Knowledge checks, quizzes, and passing scores
  • Completion and attestation records with due dates
  • Regulatory citations and state-specific variations
  • Role-based assignment lists for agents, adjusters, and underwriters

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about which compliance courses employees must complete, how often, and what each course covers. Also useful for checking training deadlines, passing requirements, and how completion is documented for regulators or auditors.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
