Certifications & credentials index

A master list of the professional licenses, designations, and continuing education requirements held by staff across an insurance organization.

What it usually contains

  • State producer and adjuster license numbers with expiration and renewal dates
  • Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, AINS, or CLU and who holds them
  • Continuing education credit hours earned and hours still required per cycle
  • Role-based requirements showing which credentials each job title must carry
  • Appointment and non-resident licensing records by state

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to check whether an employee is licensed to sell or adjust in a given state, when a license or CE cycle expires, and which credentials a role requires before someone can be placed in it.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
