Financial performance dashboards (exports)
A periodic snapshot of an insurer's key financial and underwriting numbers, exported from reporting systems for review.
What it usually contains
- Written and earned premium by line of business
- Loss ratio, expense ratio and combined ratio
- Actual versus budget and prior-year comparisons
- Investment income and reserve movements
- Policy counts, retention and new business volumes
What the assistant uses it for
Answering questions about how the business performed in a given month, quarter or year, and which lines or regions are ahead of or behind plan. Useful for spotting trends in premium growth, claims costs and expense levels.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
