Carrier incentives documentation
A record of the bonus and commission incentive arrangements an insurance carrier offers an agency, and how those payments are calculated.
What it usually contains
- Contingent or profit-sharing bonus formulas by carrier
- Premium volume, growth, and loss ratio thresholds
- Measurement periods and eligibility rules
- Base and supplemental commission rates by line of business
- Estimated versus actual incentive payment amounts
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how much incentive income an agency can expect from a given carrier and what targets must be met to earn it. Also useful for checking whether a received bonus payment matches the agreed terms and for forecasting revenue.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
