Team meeting notes
A written record of what was discussed and decided at a staff or management meeting in a restaurant or hotel.
What it usually contains
- Date, time, and who attended or was absent
- Topics covered, such as service issues, upcoming events, menu or promotion changes
- Announcements on scheduling, policy, or safety reminders
- Action items with the person responsible and a due date
- Staff questions, complaints, and follow-up items from the last meeting
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to confirm what was announced or agreed at a given meeting, who was present, and which tasks were assigned to whom. It also helps track whether earlier issues were resolved and what was communicated to the team about policy or operational changes.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
