Bartender training manuals
A guide used to train bar staff, covering drink recipes, pouring standards, service steps, and alcohol laws.
What it usually contains
- Standard recipes and pour sizes for house cocktails, beer, and wine
- Bar setup, opening and closing checklists, and station organization
- Guest service steps, tab handling, and point-of-sale entry
- Responsible alcohol service rules, ID checking, and refusal procedures
- Glassware, garnish, sanitation, and inventory or waste tracking practices
What the assistant uses it for
Answering how a bartender should prepare and serve specific drinks, run the bar during a shift, and handle intoxicated or underage guests. Also useful for setting training milestones and evaluating new bar hires.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
