Equipment Maintenance Logs

A running record of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance performed on medical equipment in a healthcare facility.

What it usually contains

  • Equipment identification, model, and location by department
  • Dates of preventive maintenance and next service due
  • Description of faults reported, parts replaced, and repairs made
  • Electrical safety and calibration test results with pass/fail notes
  • Technician or vendor name, service hours, and downtime

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about when a device was last serviced or is next due, its repair history and recurring failures, and whether maintenance records meet inspection and accreditation requirements.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
