Internal service escalation procedures

An internal guide telling client service staff when and how to escalate a client issue to higher levels of authority.

What it usually contains

  • Escalation triggers and severity levels
  • Response and resolution time targets for each tier
  • Named roles or teams responsible at each level
  • Handoff and documentation requirements
  • Notification rules for compliance, legal, or senior management

What the assistant uses it for

Answering who to involve when a client complaint or account problem can't be resolved at first contact, how fast each tier must respond, and what must be recorded or reported along the way.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
