Skills matrix

A grid listing each worker against the skills, tickets and certifications the job requires, showing who is competent at what level.

What it usually contains

  • Names or roles down one side, skills and certifications across the top
  • Competency ratings such as trained, assessed, competent, or able to supervise
  • Certificate and licence expiry dates for plant, hot works, first aid and similar
  • Gaps flagged where cover is thin or renewals are due
  • Sign-off by supervisor or training coordinator with review date

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer who on a crew is qualified to operate a machine or lead a task, and where training or refresher courses are needed before work is scheduled.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
