State Inspection Forms
Official forms used to record the results of a state-required vehicle safety or emissions inspection.
What it usually contains
- Vehicle identification number, make, model, year and odometer reading
- Checklist of inspected items such as brakes, lights, tires, steering and exhaust
- Pass or fail result with reasons for rejection
- Inspector name, certification number and station license number
- Sticker or certificate number and expiration date
What the assistant uses it for
Answering what a shop must check and document during a state inspection, and what records to keep for regulators. Also useful for explaining why a vehicle failed and what repairs are needed before reinspection.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
