Service Menu Pricing
A price list of the standard maintenance and repair services a dealership or repair shop offers, organized by job.
What it usually contains
- Flat prices for common jobs like oil changes, brake pads, tire rotation and alignments
- Tiered or bundled service packages by mileage interval (30k/60k/90k)
- Labor hours or labor rate assumptions behind each price
- Parts included and any fluid, filter or shop-supply charges
- Vehicle-specific or engine-specific price variations and current promotional discounts
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to quote a customer a price for a routine service, see what a maintenance package includes, or check how labor and parts are split in a posted price.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
