Follow Up Schedules

A timed contact plan telling dealership BDC agents when and how to follow up with each type of sales or service lead.

What it usually contains

  • Day-by-day contact cadence for new internet leads, phone-ups, and walk-ins
  • Channel sequence for each touch (call, text, email, voicemail)
  • Separate tracks for unsold showroom visits, no-shows, service declines, and lost or dead leads
  • Long-term nurture intervals for future buyers and lease-end customers
  • Rules on attempts per day, best call windows, and when to stop or reassign a lead

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer how many times and how soon a lead should be contacted, which channel to use on a given day, and how the cadence differs for an unsold visit, a no-show appointment, or a service follow-up.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
