Appointment Setting Scripts
A set of written call and message scripts BDC agents use to turn dealership leads into scheduled sales or service appointments.
What it usually contains
- Opening greetings and agent introductions for inbound and outbound calls
- Qualifying questions about vehicle interest, timing, trade-in, and payment
- Suggested appointment time offers and confirmation wording
- Rebuttals for common objections such as "just looking" or "send me a price"
- Voicemail, text, and email follow-up templates with call-back cadence
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how an agent should word a call to book an appointment, respond to a specific objection, or follow up on an unanswered lead, and what details must be confirmed before the appointment is set.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
