Renewal notices

A notice sent to a personal insurance customer before their policy period ends, stating the terms and price for continuing coverage.

What it usually contains

  • Policy number, named insured, and renewal effective dates
  • Renewal premium and payment due date or installment schedule
  • Coverages, limits, deductibles carried forward
  • Changes from the prior term, such as rate or discount adjustments
  • Instructions for accepting, paying, or declining renewal

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about when a policy renews, what the new premium is, and why it changed. Also useful for confirming what coverage continues and what the customer must do to keep the policy in force.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
