OEM Sales Manuals
A manufacturer-issued guide that tells dealership sales staff how to present, price, and sell a specific vehicle line.
What it usually contains
- Model, trim, and package breakdowns with standard and optional equipment
- Specifications such as engine, towing, payload, and fuel economy
- Competitive comparison charts and objection-handling talking points
- Feature-to-benefit selling points and demonstration walkarounds
- Ordering codes, color and upholstery availability, and pricing structure
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to confirm what equipment comes on a given trim, look up published specs, or find the manufacturer's approved comparisons against rival models. It also answers questions about option codes and how a vehicle should be demonstrated to a customer.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
