Core Charge Sheets
A parts department record listing refundable deposits charged on rebuildable parts until the old unit is returned.
What it usually contains
- Part numbers and descriptions of rebuildable items such as alternators, starters, brake calipers, and water pumps
- Core deposit amount for each part
- Return conditions and time limits for getting the deposit back
- Customer or repair order reference and date charged
- Tracking of returned cores and refunds or credits issued
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how much deposit is owed on a rebuildable part, what condition a returned core must be in, and whether a customer's core refund is still outstanding.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
