Certification Tracking Sheets
A running record of each technician's certifications, license numbers, and expiration dates so the shop knows who is qualified to do what.
What it usually contains
- Technician names and job roles
- Certification or license types held, such as ASE areas, refrigerant handling, state inspection, or manufacturer training
- Certificate numbers and issuing bodies
- Issue and expiration dates with renewal reminders
- Training hours completed and retest or renewal status
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to check whether a technician is currently certified for a given repair, see which credentials are expiring soon, and confirm the shop meets manufacturer, insurer, or state requirements for qualified staff.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
