Rate Sheets for Lenders
A lender's listing of the interest rates and terms it will offer on vehicle loans, used by dealership finance staff to price customer financing.
What it usually contains
- Buy rates by credit tier or score band
- Loan term brackets and maximum loan-to-value or advance limits
- Rules by vehicle age, mileage, new versus used
- Dealer reserve or markup caps and flat fees
- Rate adjustments for weak credit, long terms, or added products
- Effective dates and program expiration
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about what rate and term a customer with a given credit tier and vehicle qualifies for, how much markup can be added, and which deals fall outside a lender's limits.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.
On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
